CareStack™ - Dental Practice Management is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing user flows and user interfaces (UI) in collaboration with Product Management, Data, and Engineering Teams.

Our ideal candidate has experience working on SAAS platforms and is skilled in interaction design, information architecture, and user interface visual design. They should have the ability to break down ideas into conceptual flows that meet user needs and create interactive prototypes for usability testing.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to grow strategic concepts through design exploration, ideation, and user validation. They will also present design solutions to stakeholders and company executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

In this role, you will be accountable for all decisions and delivery of user experience and aspects of user interface. You will address user needs and keep in mind stakeholder needs and wants while ensuring aesthetics do not compromise usability and information architecture.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to prioritize different expectations and deliver refined designs in a short time. The ideal candidate will have expert-level skills in Figma & Adobe XD and a proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
