Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will lead Digital & Automation programs through a matrix project team, working closely with Digital Business Partners and Project Managers.
- Responsibilities include operating as a Digital evangelist, creating a Digital and Automation roadmap, delivering specific use cases, and providing thought leadership on emerging technologies.
Digital and Automation Centre of Excellence:
- Lead ideation, selection, and delivery of Digital and Automation use cases and projects.
- Collaborate with service providers and start-ups to implement new initiatives.
- Execute identified Digital and Automation use cases on schedule, measuring benefits against targeted KPIs.
- Manage inventory and knowledge of emerging technologies and successful startups.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, seeking management attention when required.
Year One Critical Success Factors:
- Setup and manage the Digital CoE aligned to business needs and specific use cases.
- Complete Automation engagements within time, cost, and quality standards.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or related discipline with 10-15 years of experience in Emerging Technology, Digital, and Automation space relevant to Pharma industry.
- Experience in leading medium to large scale Digital and Automation programs in Pharma environment.
- Familiarity with UiPath and AI/GenAI Evangelist skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
