The primary goal of this role is to provide strategic financial guidance and support to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
About the RoleThis position plays a crucial role in managing the company's financial health by developing, implementing, and monitoring financial strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and present accurate and timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to stakeholders.
- Cash & Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow and working capital management, ensuring optimal utilization of funds.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and manage finance/accounting staff, providing coaching, performance management, and training.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in financial processes and systems, driving continuous improvement.
