Job Description:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive improvement initiatives in direct-invoice outsourcing (DIO) and inventory transfer order (ITO).
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis on process improvements and capital expenditures.
  • Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with plant management to optimize production costs and drive efficiency.
  • Support make-or-buy decisions, production planning, and capacity utilization analysis.
  • Lead financial reviews on capital investment projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Authorize plant-level expenditures, identify leakages, and wastages.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations.
  • Validate standard hours, actual hours worked, conversion rates, and material burden.
  • Perform variance analysis for under/over absorption of overheads and rate variance for standard vs. actual.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Oracle knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with standard costing, inventory accounting, and cost control frameworks.
