1) Monthly Inventory Valuation & Material cost Analysis: Ensuring correctness of standard costs, PAC for existing articles and new articles by correct cost details and co-ordination with Operation personnel.2) Weekly review & Analysis of material variances, Purchase price variance, cycle count mismatches, Scrap and ensuring correct accounting
- highlight to management to take action. Overhead calculation on yearly basis.
3) Working on the annual Budget with reference to Material cost & Other Variable expenses.
4) Cost Compliance Report - Compilation of Data for Cost Compliance report.
5) Excess & Obsolete Inventory - Calculation & Analysis of E&O, Other inventory reserves & Warranty cost analysis.
6) Completion of Costing related activities of Internal, Statutory Audit & SOX on time.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1) Proficiency in MS Office (Specially Excel) is must for this role.
2) Functional background with relevant experience in Oracle / SAP would be preferred.
3) Experience in manufacturing operations is preferable.
