As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, handling payroll, budgeting, and financial forecasting. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, performing audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key skills required include proficiency in TallyPrime, expertise in ledger scrutiny, voucher entries, and their reconciliation. Additionally, familiarity with GST Council notices and intimations is essential.

Responsibilities will also include preparing monthly/quarterly financials, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, P&L, and Cash Flow, tracking and paying utility and service bills, and ensuring proper records for all NEFT payments.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is also essential.
