Expert JIRA Administrator Sought

We are on the hunt for a seasoned JIRA administrator with Atlassian expertise to drive our client's project management success. This key role demands a professional with extensive experience in JIRA administration and customization, along with proficiency in workflow automation and scripting.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA, ensuring seamless alignment and efficient execution. They must also be skilled in environment management, security, and user management within the Atlassian ecosystem.

This position requires:

  • Proven experience in JIRA administration and customization.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation and scripting using Groovy, JQL, and REST API.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarization with common JIRA plugins.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, as well as relevant certifications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues within the JIRA and Atlassian ecosystem.

As a highly skilled JIRA administrator, you will work effectively across Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. You will leverage your knowledge of JIRA permissions, security, and user management to maintain best practices.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of JIRA customization, workflow automation, and scripting, as well as hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA.
