About the Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Data Engineering professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing end-to-end data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.

This role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing data pipelines. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, developing reusable data mappings, task flows, and parameterized solutions, and managing deployments, migrations, and version control of IICS assets.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills, as well as strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Additionally, familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica IICS.
  • Integrate IICS solutions with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery (GBQ).
  • Optimize pipelines for scalability and performance.
  • Develop reusable data mappings, task flows, and parameterized solutions.
  • Manage deployments, migrations, and version control of IICS assets.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs.
  • Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

For this position, we require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additionally, 7+ years of ETL development experience, with 2–3 years in Informatica IICS, are necessary. Proficiency in GCP and Google BigQuery is also required.
