  • Training and Awareness: Provide training and guidance to end-users on security best practices and the proper use of endpoint security tools.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of endpoint security configurations, incidents, SOPs, and actions taken. Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
  • Research and Development: Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies. Evaluate new security tools and solutions to enhance endpoint protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or any security-related certificate are preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with endpoint security tools and technologies, such as antivirus software, EDR platforms, HDLP, NDLP, CASB, Drive Encryption, Proxy, DAM, and vulnerability scanners. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their security features.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex security data and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly document incidents, procedures, and recommendations.
