We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with responsive design and be able to develop high-quality web experiences that meet conversion goals, page performance, and accessibility standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow and collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop web pages and landing page concepts with in-house designers and the marketing team.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and other key metrics.
  • Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
