**Job Summary**

We are seeking a meticulous quality assurance engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing, maintaining and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a QA engineer or similar role, with a focus on manual testing of software applications, including those integrated with marketing cloud functionalities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories.
  • Performing functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identifying and documenting defects in the issue tracking system collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participating in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Providing feedback on usability and advocating for the end-user experience.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.

This role also requires familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA engineer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
