Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

The role of a Service Delivery Manager involves working closely with project owners to develop detailed project plans, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion. This position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Support quality assurance goals, participate in release management cycles, and identify process gaps for improvement.
  • Coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Measure project performance using relevant metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience working with remote teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
