As a Beauty Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs to enhance sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness for Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners.
- Create and implement curriculum and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
- Design multi-format content including decks, playbooks, 2-minute WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English.
- Develop interactive training sessions such as train-the-trainer, field coaching, roadshows, and monthly masterclasses.
- Partner with new product development and research and development teams to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
- Establish learning management systems and trackers, publish training calendars, and report impact using dashboards.
- Manage store audits and side-by-sides, fix basic skills such as grooming, demo rituals, and replenishment cues.
- Hire and manage regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and manage external academies and vendors.
- Oversight of all aspects related to the training program.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a track record of leading pan-India TTT programs.
- Strong grasp of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science simply.
- Bilingual in Hindi and English, with confidence in facilitating and presenting on-camera.
- Data-driven, with advanced proficiency in Sheets/Excel and familiarity with learning management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends and launches, with high comfort level in traveling.
