We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technical and Functional Expert. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FISERV DNA, with roles spanning both technical and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Development and Customization:
    • Design, develop, and deploy customizations and enhancements in the FISERV DNA platform.
    • Create and maintain interfaces with external systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Technical Support:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FISERV DNA, ensuring minimal downtime.
    • Optimize system performance and maintain system integrity through regular monitoring and updates.
  • Integration:
    • Develop and manage integration solutions between FISERV DNA and third-party tools/applications.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare technical documentation, including code comments, design specifications, and user manuals.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis:
    • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
  • System Configuration:
    • Configure FISERV DNA modules to align with banking operations and business workflows.
    • Customize workflows, parameters, and system settings to meet functional requirements.
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Develop and execute test plans for system modifications and upgrades.
    • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide functional support to end-users and resolve issues promptly.
    • Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly guides for system navigation and usage.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FISERV DNA, working on end-to-end implementation, customization, and support projects.
