Customer Relationship Professional

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive customer relationship professional to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences for our luxury clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute customer relationship management campaigns to drive retention.

  • Identify recurring issues and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to resolve client queries.
  • Bulk strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Report on customer trends, feedback, and loyalty metrics to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, luxury retail, or jewelry brands.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, organized, proactive, and solution-driven attributes.
