The primary function of this position is to identify and acquire direct clients, as well as expand the network of broker/channel partners to drive sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of sourcing managers across site locations.
  • Establishing daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals.
  • Regularly reviewing team performance and driving target achievement through structured planning.
  • Sourcing potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects.
  • BUILDING AND MANAGING A LEAD PIPELINE by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
  • Tracking quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.
  • Cordinating with on-site Sales team to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.
  • Building strong referral networks and partnerships with HNI wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers.
  • Acting as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits.
  • Identifying, approaching, and onboard new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers.
  • Conducting CP onboarding sessions and share project briefings, commercials, and marketing collaterals.
  • Strengthening relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures.
  • Regularly engaging with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs.
  • Tracking and evaluating CP performance, resolve partner queries, and drive continued engagement.
  • Ensuring partners are well-informed on inventory, pricing, promotions, and project updates.
  • Maintaining a live tracker of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion metrics.
  • Sharing daily/weekly updates with the leadership team on sourcing pipeline, , CP activity, and conversion ratios, and closures.
  • Monitoring competition channel activity and share market insights.
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs.
  • Ensuring real-time updates are shared with the CPs regarding pricing, inventory, and offers.
Requirements
  • 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition.
  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
Competencies
  • Strong channel partner network across the region.
  • Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Local market knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate.
  • Self-starter with field sales DNA and high drive for targets.
