Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for our global customer base.

This role involves providing first- and second-line support, liaising with internal and external resources to ensure optimum application performance, and proposing added-value solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem management skills, be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Liaison and Communication: Communicate with internal and external resources to resolve issues and ensure applications meet business requirements.
  • Problem Management: Proactively identify and manage recurring incidents to minimize their impact on business operations.
  • Junior Support and Leadership: Assist junior consultants with functional questions and issues, and lead projects and onboarding activities for defined customers.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders through open communication, goal alignment, and successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Issue Management: Ensure timely resolution of application issues according to prioritization, and communicate effectively on issue status.
  • Lead Consultant/SME: Act as lead consultant or subject matter expert for assigned customers, participating in customer meetings as required.
Requirements
  • JD Edwards Expertise: Strong knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems and applications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical areas such as system administration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
