Job Title: Senior Instrumentation Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed design deliverables for instrumentation and control systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive design basis documents, instrument index, and I/O lists
  • Design functional loop schematics, logic diagrams, and instrument datasheets
  • Develop installation drawings, cable tray layouts, and control room layouts
  • Design wiring and interconnection drawings, loop wiring diagrams, and construction/erection tenders
  • Review and update P&IDs, 3D models, IDR/IDC, and equipment layouts

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in instrumentation design calculations, including instument sizing, control valve sizing, flow meter sizing, and safety valve sizing
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG plants and NEC standards
  • Knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification
  • Experience in instrument selection for hazardous areas
