Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Portfolio Executive

Siemens Industry Software (India) Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Digital Manufacturing Portfolio Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the India go-to-market strategy for our Digital Manufacturing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a portfolio plan that identifies focus campaigns, defines target revenues, and outlines activities to achieve the plan.
  • Support the analysis of the market within the country/vertical and identify suspects in the country/vertical for priority target industries.
  • Engage and implement one or more PFD activities (tactics) across the spectrum of agreed suspect opportunities within the country/vertical.
  • Nurture and develop top suspect opportunities to maturity for handover to sales.
  • Support and provide country feedback on campaign collateral improvements to the appropriate country/zone/global PFD leader.
  • Attend and support regular review sessions between PFDs, country, and sales management.
Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of sales, business development, technical, or presales experience with a strong grasp of manufacturing-related software technology/solutions.
  • Prior experience in the digital manufacturing domain is critical.
  • Demonstrated capability to be a trusted advisor for the client within new or existing customers at various organizational levels.
  • Understanding of integration to PLM, MES, and ERP.
  • Experience aligning with mid/upper-level management and technical users.
  • Collaborate and get results with diverse teams across internal and external organizations.
