Job Title:

A skilled CAE Engineer is required to create detailed models of vehicles for crash and durability tests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle manufacturing processes, including stamping, spot welding, assembly, material models, and physics of crash and durability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • MESHING Module build for Crash &/ Durability
  • High speed crash analysis &/ Durability anlaysis using LSDyna and Abacus
  • Proficiency in ANSA as preprocessor and Animator/Hyperworks for postprocessing

For this role, we require a degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in similar fields.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of biw manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in MESHING Module build
  • Expertise in high speed crash analysis and durability anlaysis
  • Experience with ANSA and Hyperworks software
