Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role

This senior-level position involves leading high-performing teams, overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality results.

  • Drive end-to-end software development life cycles from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Develop and execute strategies for agile development processes across distributed teams.
  • Provide technical guidance in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using .NET, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12-15 years of experience in software development, testing, and project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management with expertise in handling complex software projects.
  • Hands-on experience in .NET / Java, Microservices, Kafka, MFE.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, K8s.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  4. Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance to team members, helping them to overcome complex technical challenges.
