We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong grasp of cost accounting principles and experience working with diverse business verticals.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets, tracking material, labor, transport, and overheads per project, and allocating shared costs across business verticals.
  • In addition, you will create standard cost templates, monitor budget vs. actual, and coordinate with operations and logistics to validate cost data.
  • You will also be responsible for supporting ERP implementation for costing modules and preparing monthly cost reports for leadership.
Requirements
  • A professional certification in Cost Management Accounting (CMA) is preferred but not essential.
  • 3–6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the infrastructure, construction, or rental sectors, is required.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Tally Prime, is an asset.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of cost reporting.
  • Understanding of logistics, inventory, and shared cost allocation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive margin tracking and loss prevention.
  • Systemized reports aligned to ERP structure.
  • Clear, actionable monthly insights for leadership.
