Job Title: Financial Leadership Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
Financial Planning & Analysis:

The selected candidate will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Budgeting & Cost Control:

We are seeking a candidate who can develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.
Candidate Profile:

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-15 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities.
  • Proficient in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
