**Club Operations and Management Role**

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate workshops, speaker sessions, client visits, and other engaging activities to cater to diverse member interests.
  • Team Management: Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Implement and monitor safety procedures to minimize risk and protect members and staff.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Assist in managing club resources, sponsorships, and event budgets to achieve optimal results.
  • Member Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, and address concerns promptly to strengthen member relationships.
