Property Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee the operations, strategy execution, and team management at the branch level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies, taking end-to-end ownership of property operations, and leading, mentoring, and managing property teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Operational Leadership: Develop and execute branch-level operational strategies in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage property teams, including managers, housekeeping, front office, and security staff.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding service standards and addressing feedback proactively.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of property operations.
- Budget and Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources effectively to drive business targets.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and service.
