We are seeking a seasoned business professional to join our organization in the capacity of Business Analyst.

Job Description

As a Business Analyst at itarks-inc, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective solutions are delivered to meet organizational goals. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support the creation of business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
  • Validate solutions against requirements during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA is a plus.
