Product Design Visionary

As a Senior Director of Product Design, you will lead a team of talented product designers and be responsible for driving the design strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products by designing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both internal teams and external users.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure designs meet user needs and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.
You will also be responsible for establishing and streamlining design operations to improve scale, consistency, collaboration, efficiency, and quality across teams in a vision-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. They will also have expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
- Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Customer-Facing Influence: Engage in early client and presales discussions to shape design strategy, translating needs into actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
- User Advocacy: Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
