- 4–8 years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of at least one backend stack — Node.js, Python, or preferred.
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Redshift or similar data stores.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS is a strong plus.
