Job Title

We are seeking a talented Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

The role requires the ability to create visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums, while also having a solid understanding of branding and visual identity.

We are looking for someone who can take charge of all design requirements across digital, branding, and campaigns. This is a creative role that offers freedom and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branding & Identity: Develop logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks, and other visual materials.
  • Social Media & Digital: Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, catalogs, event creatives, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce basic animations, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions, and other motion graphics.
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Create website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites, and other web-based designs.
  • Photography/Editing Support: Provide retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups, and other photo editing services.
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and vision.
  • Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all design output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CorelDraw, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics.
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams.
