IT Infrastructure Specialist

The Enterprise Technology team builds and maintains the underpinnings of our technology environment, delivering high-quality products and services through continuous improvement.

A Day in the Life:
  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence maintenance, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, and automate operational procedures and processes.

  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft PowerShell
  • Jira
  • Confluence
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, Troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
