  • We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our life insurance training team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has 10+ years of experience in sales management, recruitment and training, and technical skills such as postgraduate qualification or MBA.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in insurance distribution/sales management and/or recruitment and/or sales team training function
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working closely with and coaching teams

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the performance of our teams. You will also work closely with virtual teams and demonstrate strong ownership and drive. If you have the ability to work in high-pressured environments and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet business needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements
  • Design and deliver training content that is engaging and effective
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification or MBA
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management, recruitment and training, and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressured environments
