We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offline Marketing Manager to lead our on-ground marketing efforts and drive student admissions.
This role involves developing and executing comprehensive offline marketing plans, managing event logistics, and tracking performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual offline marketing plans aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
- Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
- Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
- Event Management & Execution
- Plan, promote, and execute events such as open houses, school orientations, community outreach programs, and external education events.
- Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Admissions Team to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams to produce effective offline marketing materials.
- Align with Digital Marketing Team to ensure offline efforts complement online campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.
- Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Schedule & Travel:
- Willingness to work on weekends (especially during peak admission periods).
- Local travel required for event execution and community engagement.
