Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our process improvement initiatives in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Quality and Process Improvement, with a proven track record of delivering results.



  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive quality management systems, process improvement, and service delivery quality management systems.

  • Analyze complex data and share key process and business inferences/insights with leadership.

  • Implement process improvement methodologies to solve chronic business challenges focusing on process effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance practices to drive stable and predictable process performance.

  • Leverage industry-leading quality audit platforms to enhance user experience and efficiency of the quality team.

  • Manage transition accounts and drive early-stage interventions to ensure right-first-time implementation of quality processes.

  • Partner with clients to project manage complex change initiatives and deliver business benefits.

  • Cultivate knowledge management by working closely with the training team to close loop implementation of training need analysis.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership.


Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Quality and Process Improvement in banking Domain.
  • Good understanding of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
