Our organization is looking for a skilled Digital Measurement Specialist to join our team. As a seasoned expert in this field, you will play a vital role in setting up, managing, and optimizing measurement tracking across multiple client websites and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across client websites.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to configure custom events, conversions, and enhanced measurement tracking to drive growth for our clients.
  • A key aspect of the job will involve creating and maintaining data layers for advanced tracking requirements.
  • Responsibilities also include developing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers for multiple clients.
  • Deploying and testing tags, triggers, and variables for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms will be crucial.
  • As part of this role, you will debug, audit, and troubleshoot tracking issues across different environments.
  • Ensuring accurate data flow between GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Search Console, and CRM/marketing platforms is essential.
  • The successful candidate will build custom reports and dashboards in Looker Studio/Google Data Studio to deliver actionable insights.
  • You will implement cookie consent and GDPR-compliant tracking setups to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Staying updated on new Google Analytics and GTM features and sharing best practices internally is highly valued.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of proven experience in Google Analytics (Universal & GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • A strong technical foundation in JavaScript, data layers, regex, and event-based tracking is required.
  • Experience with conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta, and other Ads is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools integration is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are essential.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver within deadlines is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders are required.
