- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date product master data in Service Now.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Provide training and support to employees on data governance best practices and procedures.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvements and develop solutions to optimize data management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data governance or a related field.
- Familiarity with data management tools and platforms (e.g., Service Now).
