Engineering Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex building projects. With a focus on high architectural standards and technical competence, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for various building typologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree and have strong project management skills. They will be able to manage a project team with responsibility for content and business of the project, act as a central point of contact for clients, user representatives, and the design team, and ensure precise, binding, and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management for complex building construction projects in concept/basic and detail design phases
  • Development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for various building typologies
  • Management of the project team with responsibility for content and business of the project
  • Precise, binding, and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in design and implementation planning - Cleanroom
  • Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • High architectural design standards and technical competence
  • Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Social skills and enjoyment of independent work
