**Job Overview**Senior Executive Search Specialist sought for a dynamic role in executive search and interim placements, leadership advisory, change management, and information and data services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, client relationship management, and supporting consultants with marketing, pitches, presentations, and candidate closure.**Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage research execution, including mapping the 'universe' of a given assignment, specifying target companies and universe, and ensuring all names are accurate and biographical information is consistent.
  • Support consultants with client pitches, writing detailed proposal documents, job specifications, and presenting candidate profiles to clients.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, write up notes, and ensure all information gathered is entered on the database correctly.
  • Network extensively via telephone with sources and candidates, pitch roles confidently, and develop probing skills to identify suitable candidates.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and databases.
