Designation: Certified internet consultant / Business development executive

Location: Ahmadabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot

Qualification: 12th / Graduation

Skills required: Ability to convince customers, Industry knowledge, Communication skills (Two wheeler is mandatory)

Shifts: Fixed shifts 9:30 am to 7:30 pm (Monday to Saturday) (Morning 9:30 reports to Office)

Salary 1st 3 Month 20,000CTC Net 16,000 Good Incentives

After 3 Month Salary 25,000CTC Net 21, Retention Bonus Good Incentives

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, or inbound inquiries.

• Visit local businesses and industries to present internet-based solutions tailored to their needs.

• Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying key decision-makers and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

2. Digital Consulting

• Understand client pain points related to digital presence, visibility, lead generation, or online engagement.

• Provide consultations on how to improve online operations using digital tools and platforms.

• Suggest suitable services such as web development, SEO, paid ads, online reputation management, CRM tools, etc.

3. Product & Solution Selling

• Present and sell a portfolio of digital solutions to small, medium, or large businesses.

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and how they benefit different industries.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and demonstrations.

4. Relationship Building

• Develop long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and value-added services.

• Act as the point of contact between the client and the technical/operations team.

• Handle client feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the delivered services.

5. Market Research & Analysis

• Study market trends, industry demands, and competitors in the local and digital ecosystem.

• Understand regional digital adoption patterns to better position products and solutions.

• Identify gaps and opportunities to develop custom offerings for target markets.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.

• Track performance against targets and recommend improvements to the sales process.

7. Certification and Compliance

• If holding a Certified Internet Consultant (CIC) designation, maintain updated credentials and training.

• Educate clients on digital best practices and guide them in using platforms compliantly and effectively.
