Job Title: CAD Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled CAD Design Engineer to fill this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create 3D models that meet project requirements.
  2. Develop stage drawings necessary for CNC machine shop operations.
  3. Design and create models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.
  4. Support additional engineering activities as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
  • In-depth understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Firm knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC).
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Experience with Oil & Gas industry standards is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification and excellent communication skills.
