Job Overview

As a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals in developing, documenting, and deploying test architectures for ERP and Corporate Systems.
  • Oversee the creation of test plans, automation, and inspection processes to identify defects and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and take proactive measures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in systems development environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading QA teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills.
  • Proactive approach to quality assurance with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with corporate systems such as Accounting, HR, Procurement, CRM, etc.
  • Knowledge of ERP and Corporate Systems testing methodologies.
