Oracle PPM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to achieve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
  • Plan configuration activities, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • Conduct solution product demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer requirements and are in line with organizational financial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop value-creating strategies and models to enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability.
  • Have good knowledge of software configuration management systems, awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate.
  • Understand financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
  • Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
Technical Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of Oracle implementation experience with minimum 2 end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM at a client location.
  • Good understanding of latest industry trends in PPM-related business processes and practices.
  • Deep product understanding of all Fusion PPM modules, project financial management, project execution management, domain experience of managing the PPM function of a large organization, and experienced in working in a global delivery model.
Preferred Skills:
  • Domain - Project and Portfolio Management - Portfolio Selection, Planning, and Tracking Technology - Project and Portfolio Management - PPM Architecture Consultancy.
Education:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech), B.Com, B.Sc, MBA, Master of Engineering (M.Tech), M.Sc.
