We are seeking a skilled Mobile App QA Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality eCommerce websites.

The Ride Command team is responsible for building world-class connected vehicle solutions for off-road vehicles and motorcycles. As a Mobile App QA Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions that ensure full system functionality and guarantee project requirements are implemented correctly.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in fast-paced Agile development environments, industry best practices, and automated testing standards. Passion for powersports is a plus, as there are opportunities to ride.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive test plans to analyze Ride Command websites on major supported web browsers.

- Design, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, C#, and Appium.

- Document issues, assign severity, and drive resolution through effective communication.

- Execute regression testing to support software releases and ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Integrate automated testing into continuous integration pipelines to streamline project delivery.

- Support cloud testing solutions to optimize performance and scalability.

- Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

- Enhance unit, integration, and system testing coverage to ensure comprehensive quality assurance.

- Adopt and mature projects' best practices and coding standards to promote technical excellence.

- Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver products centered around great customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of automated testing experience in production settings with a strong background in mobile automation frameworks.

- Proven experience in creating comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases based on project requirements.

- Extensive experience developing mobile automation frameworks using Selenium, C#, and Appium, with demonstrated success delivering automated testing solutions.

- Hands-on experience with API testing and automation using Postman / RestAssured, with ability to implement and support CI testing solutions using Jenkins / Azure pipelines.

- Strong background in automated, system, smoke, black box, integration, and unit testing, with experience working in collaborative teams and communicating effectively.

- Ability to work in Agile development methods such as Scrum and Kanban, with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud-based testing solutions and containerization technologies.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.

- Familiarity with industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.

- Certification in automated testing or related field.
