Cloud Systems Engineer

As a Cloud Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure solutions. This includes setting up and managing virtual machines, containers, and serverless architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Deployment: Deploy and configure Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Container Instances, and Azure Functions to ensure secure connectivity and high availability.
  • Security and Governance: Implement and enforce security policies, conduct periodic access reviews, log audits, and compliance checks to maintain platform security.
  • CIA Pipeline Implementation: Build and maintain API deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions (or Azure DevOps) to automate API imports, policy updates, and infrastructure changes.
  • Monitoring and Support: Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor and Application Insights, provide L2–L3 support, triage incidents, troubleshoot API/policy issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Integration Services: Integrate SnapLogic with APIM for enterprise workflows, maintain and troubleshoot integration packages and connectors, and design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient integration solutions across internal and external systems.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, and API documentation, collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams on API lifecycle and governance.
