About this role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and responding to queries in a timely manner.

  • Coaching, training, motivating, and evaluating Accounts Payable staff members
  • Performing process reviews as per internal controls in process
  • Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and client on a timely basis

You will also be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and processing invoices/payments related high attention transactions along with providing resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment and resolving all vendor queries and requests coming via emails/tickets within the agreed SLA
  • Reviewing and validating basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice#, invoice date etc and maintaining a tracker of the exceptions and ensuring Invoices/queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Oracle/similar ERP, Concur experience is a must
