Job Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients. As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in driving success and growth within this sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity, ensuring effective relationships and optimal outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners, fostering strong connections and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts, leveraging your excellent communication skills to achieve mutual understanding and respect.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, staying informed on all relevant client details and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements, always staying one step ahead of industry trends.
  • Review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and client deliverables, maintaining open lines of communication and adapting to changing circumstances when necessary.
  • Maintain regular updates and insights through various channels, providing exceptional service and support to clients at all times.
