Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our projects.

This role requires expertise in planning and execution, cost estimation, and contract management.

  • Create comprehensive project budgets and track expenses against them.
  • Analyze scope and develop cost plans at various stages.
  • Evaluate tenders from contractors/subcontractors and negotiate favorable terms.

Tech Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC, etc.), tendering, and project financials.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Certification or membership in RICS, AIQS, or equivalent (preferred).
