The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives while driving governance initiatives across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Implement and manage data governance solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Axon, Data Quality, and Enterprise Data Catalog.
  • Develop and maintain our data governance framework, policies, and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
  • Configure and deploy Informatica tools for data discovery, profiling, lineage tracking, and governance.
  • Design workflows to manage metadata, data quality rules, and governance processes.
  • Monitor and improve data quality by defining metrics and resolving data inconsistencies and anomalies.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to promote data governance awareness and adoption across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating communication and alignment of governance strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of IDMC solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Axon, Data Quality (DQ), and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
  • Deep understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing data quality rules, workflows, and metrics.
  • Experience with data lineage and metadata management.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data governance.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
