Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage data governance solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Axon, Data Quality, and Enterprise Data Catalog.

- Develop and maintain the organization's data governance framework, policies, and standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data elements and establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.

- Configure and deploy Informatica tools for data discovery, profiling, lineage tracking, and governance.

- Design workflows to manage metadata, data quality rules, and governance processes.

- Monitor and improve data quality by defining metrics and resolving data inconsistencies and anomalies.

- Lead workshops and training sessions to promote data governance awareness and adoption across teams.

- Ensure compliance with data regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable standards.

- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating communication and alignment of governance strategies.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of IDMC solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Axon, Data Quality (DQ), and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).

- Deep understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Proficiency in configuring and implementing data quality rules, workflows, and metrics.

- Experience with data lineage and metadata management.

- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data governance.

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and tools.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with other data governance tools and platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration with IDMC.

- Certification in Informatica Data Governance tools or related technologies.

- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
