About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial and management reporting to internal teams and high-level management teams.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including actual and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Process, cleanse, and verify data used for analysis, ensuring integrity and quality.
  • Support month-end close and forecasting activities, including template maintenance and Hyperion submissions.
  • Establish business and economic assumptions for forecasting and planning purposes.
  • Document and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously evolve and improve processes to optimize reporting and analysis.
  • Multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Build and maintain technical and functional expertise within the team.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as SAP, BO, Smartview, OBIEE, Access Database, Sales Force, and Hyperion to provide insights to business stakeholders.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification: MBA graduate or CA.
  • Eligibility: Minimum 7-9 years of experience, preferably in finance business partnering.
  • Skills: Advanced MS Excel expertise, user-level understanding of financial and management reporting tools, and automation tools.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a can-do mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
