Performance Marketing Lead

We're on the hunt for a talented Performance Marketing Lead to drive our growth initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Strategize and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives, including ad copy, visuals, and formats, to discover breakthrough campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide budget allocation and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Represent performance marketing in leadership discussions and external growth forums.
Requirements:
  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Confident in taking ownership, from setting strategy to leading execution.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction.
